UNIT 2. BASIC MOTOR SKILLS (HABILIDADES MOTRICES BÁSICAS)

In our second unit we are going to learn which are the basic skills related with the movement of our body. There are 4:

• Displacement (desplazamientos): as for example walk, run, crawl, etc.
• Jumping (saltos).
• Turn or spin (giros).
• Throwing and catching (lanzamientos y recepciones).

We are going to improve our balance (equilibrio) too.
